Lagoon Lodge

Our room had a nice view of the lagoon and the garden , we had our mini kitchen, we had electric blanket, we didn't get cold, room was clean, we had a feast of a buffet breakfast n the hospitality from the staff was marvelous, ooh an our host MR Kruger, knows how to treat his guest so well we felt at home, we definitely bringing our family here very soon.

From management to staff....very friendly ,welcoming and helpful! Brilliant service! Thanks once again for having us. We will be regulars at your accommodation.... Lovely breakfast.....starting with fruit and yoghurt.

Firstly, Appel, the owner is amazing and made us feel so welcome. We loved the ease of location just off the N2 and thought it would be noisy at night, but it was peaceful. (a great location away from the hustle and bustle of Knysna center, but within walking distance or a short drive to the center) The lodge overlooks the lagoon and is a lovely sight to wake up to in the mornings. I was surprised and happy that breakfast was included and exceeded my expectations. Was an enjoyable 2-night stay and is really good value for money. I will recommend to clients and friends wishing for a decently priced self-catering lodge in Knysna. Thank you Appel and Lagoon Lodge.

We had a view over the lagoon. Beautifull. The breakfast is something I cannot explain. Made with a lot of love. John (Appel) and Frikkie makes people feel so welcome and at home. I will not book anywhere else if there is available rooms. Only time I will book elsewhere is when there is not rooms available.

Excellent, delicious breakfast; hospitable, helpful and friendly staff; comfortable bed, quality linen and a lovely view. Great value for money.
